UK orders leave the warehouse within 24h of being placed. Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days, and shipping is free on UK orders over £50. Orders below that are charged at a flat rate shown at checkout.

International delivery times and duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition with the original packaging and accessories.

To start a return, email us with your order reference and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full, including return postage.

Turbo Hertz is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any car manufacturer. No manufacturer name, logo, model name or trademark is used on this site or on our products. Our products are stylised, generic automotive-inspired designs and are not scale replicas of any specific vehicle.

All product photography is illustrative. Product dimensions, weight and finishes are stated as accurately as possible; small variation between production batches is normal.

We collect the details you give us at checkout and, if you opt in, your email address for the newsletter. We use them to process your order, provide support and send the messages you asked for. We never sell your personal data.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
